(That said, Town in City is still feeling it’s way along. If a year from now they don’t have smaller tasters/flights i’ll be surprised.)

I was traveling to Denver the past two years about every 2 weeks, every brewery offered flights. When I moved to Houston in April the lack of flight option really bothered me. I appreciate most places giving you a taste of whatever you want before ordering, but I really do miss sampling everything a brewery is offering.
